Solicitor Shubham Aggarwal is a committed legal professional whose principal focus lies in achieving the most effective outcomes for his clients. He holds a B.A.LL.B. (Hons.) and an LL.M. from Kurukshetra University. Driven by a deep passion for the law, he actively participated in debates and moot court competitions during both his school and college years. He firmly believes that every individual—regardless of race, religion, caste, colour, creed, gender, or the charges they face—has the right to impartial and fair legal representation.

In addition to his academic and legal pursuits, Mr. Aggarwal took an active role in cultural activities and served as a member of the cultural committee. His dedication and preparation led him to secure first position in a moot court competition, prevailing over 13 competing teams.

Alongside his legal qualifications, he also earned the designation of Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, further enhancing his professional skill set.

His early legal career includes working as a Legal Associate with Quislex Legal Services Pvt. Ltd. from July 2010 to March 2011. He subsequently served as a Company Secretary with Beetal Financial and Computer Services (P) Ltd. from April 2011 to October 2011. Thereafter, he joined the office of the Additional Solicitor General of India, Mr. Mohan Jain, from November 2011 to October 2012, gaining valuable experience in high-level legal matters.

Mr. Aggarwal also served as a Panel Advocate for the Union of India in the Hon’ble Supreme Court, representing the government across various departments in multiple matters. In his role as Legal Advisor to the Haryana Tourism Corporation, he has handled numerous legal cases with diligence and integrity.

Over the years, Mr. Aggarwal has developed deep expertise in litigation and advocacy, and has appeared before the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, Punjab and Haryana High Court, District Consumer Forum Ambala, and various other courts, tribunals, and forums across Punjab, Haryana, and Himachal Pradesh. His career reflects a strong commitment to justice and a consistent effort to defend clients against baseless or false allegations.
